At this interactive session designed especially for parents, attendees will gain insights on the role emotions play in life and strategies for being healthy emotional coaches. The researched-backed presentation includes parent friendly techniques, examples and time for Q&A. Attendees will discover and discuss strategies to develop and enhance their child’s ability to perceive, control and evaluate emotions. Topics will include self-awareness and regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. Parents and caregivers of young children between the ages of 4 and 7 are encouraged to attend this free community event.
