The Cedar House Sport Hotel announces unparalleled summer culinary and outdoor adventures in Truckee. Whether you're after memorable meals and conversation, hiking, biking, lakeside activities or a combination of adventures, Cedar House offers an unforgettable experience in the Lake Tahoe area. With the recent acquisition of Tahoe Trips & Trails, Cedar House now also offers inspiring hiking and multi-sport tours in stunning locations throughout the West (and each world-class adventure is facilitated by professional guides who love to share their knowledge of local history, geology, and flora and fauna).
“Our concept is influenced by small, family run hotels found in the Alps, however, Cedar House Sport Hotel's design was inspired by nature. It is our belief that the psyche connects to all things real, so the materials chosen for Cedar House promote harmony between the structure and the natural world. Design plays a vital role in the underlying theme of the Cedar House - which is all about connections,” explains Patty Baird, co-owner of Cedar House Sport Hotel with her husband, Jeff.
