It is low impact, challenging enough for the most elite athlete yet also safe for teens, seniors and everyone in between.”
Sarah was on the U.S National Vaulting A-team, and she is passionate about creating challenging, effective workouts for all of her clients including the very fit to those living with paralysis. In addition, she understands the nuances and value of staying fit through pregnancy. Her classes and one-on-one training offer safe, healthy and rewarding movements.

An individual assessment comprised of functional movement screening, body composition test and discussion precedes training. The personal emphasis grows after the first visit.
